About The Position

This role involves engineering associated with the manufacturing process, impacting departmental operations and being responsible for planning and execution. The position offers some autonomy but focuses on executing activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures, with judgment typically exercised under guidance. The individual will develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, using prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy and strategy. An in-depth understanding of key business drivers is required to accomplish work, along with an understanding of how the team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the overall area. The role requires the ability to use judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance, and to solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and on-the-job training. Access to technical skills and analytical thinking is necessary for problem-solving, potentially utilizing multiple internal sources outside of the immediate team for decisions.
