About The Position

As an Lead Management Program Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of data-driven technology initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes for large accounts. You will act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and technology teams, leveraging and managing tools to support Account Based Marketing use cases. Your role requires deep expertise in marketing automation platforms and the ability to understand the management of leads, contacts, and buying groups within accounts. This position demands someone who can think strategically while maintaining strong attention to technical details. You must be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong deep dive capabilities, and possess the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. This role may sit in either Seattle, WA, USA or Arlington, VA, USA only. Relocation available from within the USA only to these locations only. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent
  • Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations and/or ABM

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Experience with ABM technologies (Intentsify, Sendoso, Demandbase, 6Sense, CommonRoom)
  • Experience with AI workflow technologies (i.e. N8N, Zapier, Workato)
  • Advanced knowledge of AI and analytics tools (Quicksight/Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new capabilities for technology providers to support account based marketing and marketing to accounts at scale.
  • Manage, administer, and optimize third-party technology platforms and capabilities that support ABM initiatives
  • Support the experience and integrations that improve the acquisition and journeys of customers in accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams managing 1p/3p capabilities to support use cases for ABM
  • Maintain compliance and data governance standards across ABM initiatives

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
  • The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
  • Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
