Plans, recommends and provides facilities modifications (as approved) to meet headcount, equipment and other requirements; Oversees construction and remodeling activities; Manages all building repair and maintenance work; Plans and implements landscape work to ensure beautification around buildings; Supervises employees, their work schedules and assignments; Oversees of preventative maintenance systems; Oversees of all Janitorial services; Maintains facility security systems.
