About The Position
Manages and coordinates all physical facilities (buildings, grounds and equipment) and related activities. Plans, recommends and provides facilities modifications (as approved) to meet headcount, equipment and other requirements; Oversees construction and remodeling activities; Manages all building repair and maintenance work; Plans and implements landscape work to ensure beautification around buildings; Supervises employees, their work schedules and assignments; Oversees of preventative maintenance systems; Oversees of all Janitorial services; Maintains facility security systems.
