Maintenance Lead
About The Position
We are looking for a hard-working and driven individual who's interested in joining a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts! The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance and grounds team members through daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and projects with collaborative oversight from the General Manager. Must have the capability to think on your toes and work in a fast paced environment. Customer service experience is necessary to interface with guests and employees. Leadership and mediation skills required to lead your team. Professional demeanor and attitude are expected to be upheld at all times. Assignments may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, sewage, construction, and grounds keeping. Tools and equipment will be provided and it is your role to maintain inventory on items and ensure that those levels remain sufficient. Oversight of departmental budget.
