Job Position Overview: The Lead Technician - Maintenance leads the coordination of maintenance resources to provide first-line support for production processes. This role manages issues from initial Operations escalation through successful resolution, equipment return to a qualified state (Ready for Use, or RFU), and handover back to operations. The position requires expertise in multiple production processes and equipment, proficiency in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and foundational knowledge across disciplines including mechanical, electrical/instrumentation, and automation. The Lead Technician - Maintenance develops and implements equipment maintenance strategies, supports production processes, and contributes to area maintenance initiatives, process improvements, and project execution. This ensures equipment remains in a qualified state, operates safely, and receives proper maintenance.
