About The Position

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The role partners closely with teams across Nike’s enterprise planning and supply ecosystem, including Global Sport Planning, Enterprise Business Planning, Planning Analytics, Sourcing & Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Supply Chain, and Sustainability. These partners rely on the LRSP signal to inform long‑range decisions, scenario planning, and operational readiness. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and systems‑minded Lead to help shape the future of Nike’s Long Range Supply Plan. In this role, you’ll partner across the enterprise to deliver a reliable long-range supply signal and build modern, scalable tools and processes that streamline how Nike plans years into the future. This is a high‑ownership role on a lean team—ideal for someone who can zoom in to perfect the details of a transformation model and zoom out to design a future-state system that works across three product engines: Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Experience in managing and understanding Retail concepts such as open to buy, gross margin, seasonal trending, inventory turn, and sku efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
  • Ability to effectively communicate data-dense and/or sensitive topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience to influence action
  • Strong influencing skills, including experience collaborating with virtual teams
  • Sound judgment to elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute LRDP → LRSP transformations with speed, accuracy, and rigor
  • Validate data, attribution logic, and long-range supply outputs
  • Build and maintain automated queries, workflows, and planning templates
  • Standardize planning logic across product engines to improve efficiency
  • Create documentation, tools, and training that enable partner teams
  • Develop forecast performance tracking and actionable planning insights
