Renata’s Hearth serves contemporary Latin cuisine drawing inspiration from Mexico, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America with a focus on southwest ingredients and old world preparations to include smoking and grilling traditions. The name Renata means ‘born again’ and this reincarnation is a thank you to the bold and creative women who lived vibrantly beyond the rules. As a Lead Line Cook for Renata's Hearth, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations.
