About The Position

We are looking for a full\-time, lawn care maintenance specialist. This person will be responsible for driving a company truck to multiple job sites, supervising a small, 2\-3 man crew, and working to maintain lawn care needs for multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn maintenance for residential properties and leadership skills.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in lawn care and maintenance.
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools.
• Experience in handling chemicals and a solid understanding of the safe use of pesticides.
• Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina.
• Attention to individual and team safety.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in landscaping, horticulture or related field is a huge plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and identifying yard maintenance needs.
• Maintaining gardens and flower beds
• Mowing grass.
• Seeding and fertilizing lawns.
• Trimming hedges and trees.
• Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.
• Applying pesticides and preventing weed growth.
