We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead to establish and drive Fortune Brands Innovations’ enterprise testing strategy across mission critical applications and platforms. This role requires deep expertise in implementing Testing CoE and Quality Assurance frameworks and tools, SDLC/STLC methodology, and waterfall/agile/scrum delivery models. The Testing CoE Lead will own end-to-end testing governance, execution, and delivery excellence across ERP (Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud), Workday, Salesforce, web applications, and API-based integrations. The ideal candidate combines hands-on testing proficiency with strategic leadership, ensuring solution quality, business process integrity, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and an exceptional user experience.
