The Team Lead position of Inventory Control supports and manages the work of research and daily operations of the IC Clerks I and II, managing workloads across both shifts and assisting the department in all of its goals of accurate and high-quality inventory within the warehouse. The Team Lead will drive research on missing and problem products using various reports and partnerships within the company. The role will be driven by work tickets, verbal and written direction from the Inventory Control Supervisor, and monitoring performance metrics to determine when to pivot resources toward priority directives. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Base pay starts at $18.00 an hour Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed
