Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Integrated Strategic Planning reporting to the Director, Integrated Strategic Planning. This position will be working onsite from Miami. Position Summary: This position requires extreme organization with an eye for detail, motivation to keep others on track to ensure that projects deliver on time and collaboration to effectively communicate often complicated marketing initiatives to a wide range of recipients to ensure that all channels understand the product nuances to effectively communicate across channels. Demonstrates ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. A team player who can lead and work independently is key. A positive can-do attitude is also crucial.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business strategy, product development, and brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated success in delivering business solutions through strategic projects
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Adept in presentation preparation and visualization of processes and timeline.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor
  • Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Organized, Dependable, Leader, Driver, Creative problem solver, Versatile
  • A strong understanding of business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development of project plans and timelines for business-focused initiatives in product development, innovation, and brand marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of business solutions that achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget constraints
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to optimize outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to ensure projects align with the overall business strategy
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Delivers against a rigorous calendar of all project deliverables and milestones.
  • Provides ongoing competitive analysis as needed
  • Performs other duties as required
