We’re seeking a creative, organized, passionate and versatile leader to support the global Communications team that is developing compelling year-round campaigns and helping to insert Airbnb into a wide range of pop culture conversations. The Difference You Will Make: We’re seeking an experienced and versatile Influencer Lead to support the LATAM communications team that is building visibility and advancing awareness for the unique benefits and proximity to culture that traveling on Airbnb offers. In this role, you will be responsible for building a regional influencer strategy, aligning with global priorities and guidelines and supporting local country teams in acheiving their goals. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing compelling stories and campaigns, ensuring that Airbnb remains at the forefront of audience consciousness. This role entails inspiring discovery, elevating consideration, and fostering advocacy for the brand. The ideal candidate will take charge of working with local teams to develop and implement a dynamic social influencer program designed to align seamlessly with overarching communications objectives and campaigns across a spectrum of platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Youtube, specifically for the LATAM market The ideal candidate is curious, engaged, positive, detail and solution-oriented.
