JBT Marel HRIT Team focuses on the strategy, digitalization & transformation, design, implementation and support of global HR-related solutions. The team & tasks: You will be a part of our HRIT team and responsible primarily for Workday HR processes implementation, optimization and support. Processes currently in Workday scope: HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence Management, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Expenses and Payroll integrations. In your role, you will be responsible for understanding of business requirements and mapping Workday solutions to best fulfill those. The role focuses on functional aspects of Workday implementation and support team, working together with business stakeholders, other functional team members and also Workday technical experts, delivering end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ Solid Workday HR functional experience as a must, proven in international Workday projects
  • 5+ Professional experience in HRIT area
  • Master’s degree in business, HR or Information Systems, or related area would be beneficial
  • Proven global projects implementation experience in multinational company
  • Great business analysis, listening and solution designing skills
  • Ability to work well in diverse and multinational teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong English skills, both written and verbal
  • Process oriented, organized and pay attention to quality and details
  • Ability to work independently and lead change or smaller project implementation on your own.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with JBT Marel HR and business stakeholders and defining the new requirements in Workday
  • Implementation of new Workday functionalities and optimization of implemented ones, in collaboration with partners and other teams involved
  • Taking part in HR Transformation project, utilizing Workday and HRIT landscape to support automation, digitalization and simplified user-experience
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions as per optimization possibilities and Workday product development roadmaps
  • Ensure delivery of Workday releases, oversee their impact on the organization and manage communication/training with regards to incoming changes or new functionalities
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the organization to ensure that Workday is used the correct way
  • Support business with resolution of Workday issues and new requests.
