Responsible for supporting and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture. What you'll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with senior management to develop HR strategies that support business goals. Designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes. Providing regular reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management. Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale and retention.
