The Lead Housekeeper ensures a safe and clean environment for the residents, visitors, and staff of the community. This position creates and ensures an excellent first impression of the community to anyone entering the buildings. Helps Maintenance Director plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
