Position Summary: As a member of the Guest Experience Team, you will represent the Zoo while providing outstanding experiences Guests will remember for a lifetime. A cheerful and outgoing attitude is required. Providing a happy welcome, a meaningful goodbye, and a commitment to providing an engaging and helpful experience in-between are our non-negotiables. The ideal candidate must have exceptional guest service skills and a team-focused, collaborative approach. The Guest Experience Clean Team position is a benefitted, year-round position with weekend, holiday, and evening work. Schedule will vary based on business need and availability. Some shifts will be during normal business hours, some will adjust for evening or morning shifts. The ideal candidate must have exceptional guest service skills, excel in details, and exude a team-focused coach approach.
