About The Position

In this role on the Personalities Team, you'll create bold, visually compelling digital marketing that brings our Ramsey Personalities to life across every touchpoint. From emails and paid ads to landing pages and social content, your designs will capture attention, build trust, and move audiences to take action. You'll collaborate closely with other designers, marketers, and strategists-and have the unique opportunity to work directly with the Ramsey Personalities to help drive major campaigns forward. You'll also mentor younger designers, champion brand consistency, and balance creative excellence with speed and strategy to deliver work that inspires and performs.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing design creating emails, landing pages, and social content that drive results.
  • You're fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, delivering high-quality work quickly.
  • You've mentored other designers and enjoy helping others grow.
  • You think beyond visuals, understanding how design fits into the customer journey.
  • You're confident presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You know how to balance polish with efficiency to meet deadlines.
  • You bring a calm, relational approach that builds trust and clarity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, engaging marketing experiences that align with each Ramsey Personality's brand and voice-across web, email, and social platforms.
  • Work side-by-side with other creative and marketing teams to build cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with fans and followers.
  • Guide and mentor a younger designer, giving clear feedback, offering direction, and helping elevate the overall design output of the team.
  • Strategically contribute to campaign planning, creative direction, and execution binging both craft and critical thinking to the table.
  • Help maintain the design systems and best practices that make fast execution possible while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Embrace feedback and iterative collaboration in a high-trust, high-ownership environment.
