Preferred Floor and Tile offers turn key flooring solutions, specializing in National and Regional Home Builders, Single Family Rental (SFR), and Multi-Family Property Management. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with in-person sales & customer interaction
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in retail stores (cold-approach sales)
- Generate interest in flooring & tile services
- Schedule in-home consultations
- Travel to customer homes to complete measurements and help close the sale
- Follow up with leads and meet performance goals
