What You'll Be Doing Engage with Costco shoppers to introduce them to Polestar’s HVAC services Educate customers on current promotions and service benefits Capture accurate customer information and set up appointments for in-home estimates Maintain a professional and friendly presence in-store Meet or exceed weekly lead generation goals Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team Our 3 Step Hiring Process: At Polestar, we know great talent moves fast—and so do we. Requirements

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and work retail hours, including weekends
