About The Position

Carroll Water is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support and oversee our retail and event-based marketing efforts. This role combines event coordination, team support, and hands-on customer engagement . You’ll lead and coach our Lead Generation team while also participating in events and promotions to drive customer interest in our water treatment solutions.

Requirements

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Ability to travel to retail and event locations within the region
Availability on weekends and occasional evenings
Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts (up to approximately 8 hours)
Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, or event coordination preferred

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and break down retail promotions, roadshows, and events
Train, mentor, and support Lead Generation team members
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to help meet engagement goals
Step in as a Lead Generator when needed at retail locations and events
Represent Carroll Water at trade shows, retail locations, and community events
Engage with customers, provide general product education, and collect qualified leads
Share feedback with marketing leadership to improve campaigns
Assist with additional marketing and outreach initiatives as needed
