About The Position

Carroll Water is looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives . In this role, you’ll represent our brand inside retail locations and community events, helping homeowners learn about solutions for cleaner, healthier water. Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations with new people
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts (up to approximately 8 hours)
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional materials (up to approximately 50 lbs)

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Represent Carroll Water at retail locations, events, and promotional setups
• Engage shoppers in friendly, professional conversation
• Educate customers on the benefits of residential water treatment systems
• Collect and qualify customer interest for follow-up by our sales team
• Provide a positive and informative customer experience
• Share customer feedback with internal teams
