About The Position

This role involves building, organizing, and regularly updating lead lists for various entities including clinics, doctors, therapists, wellness centers, retreats, universities, researchers, government contacts, and potential strategic partners or investors. The specialist will research companies, organizations, and individuals to identify high-fit leads, decision-makers, contact details, and partnership opportunities. Key responsibilities include sending professional outreach and follow-up emails using approved messaging, tracking all outreach activity, and conducting market and industry research related to health technology, mental health, wellness, psychedelics, emerging treatments, regulations, and business trends. The position also requires using AI tools to support research, draft communications, summarize findings, and improve workflow efficiency. The specialist will manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn and Facebook, create simple written content, identify high-value opportunities, assist with appointment setting, and provide regular progress updates. The role demands independent work, good judgment, adherence to company guidelines, and immediate clarification seeking when information is unclear.

Responsibilities

  • Build, organize, and regularly update lead lists for clinics, doctors, therapists, wellness centers, retreats, universities, researchers, government-related contacts, and potential strategic partners or investors.
  • Research companies, organizations, and individuals to identify high-fit leads, decision-makers, contact details, and partnership opportunities.
  • Send professional outreach and follow-up emails using approved messaging, tone, and guidelines.
  • Track all outreach activity, responses, lead status, notes, and next steps in a spreadsheet or CRM.
  • Conduct market and industry research related to health technology, mental health, wellness, psychedelics, emerging treatments, regulations, and business trends.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar systems) to support research, draft emails/messages, summarize findings, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn and Facebook, including connection requests, direct messages, and follow-ups where appropriate.
  • Create simple written content when needed, such as outreach variations, short posts, summaries, and basic communication materials.
  • Identify and flag high-value opportunities, qualified leads, and key insights quickly.
  • Assist with appointment setting, meeting coordination, and passing qualified leads to leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, lead quality, response rates, and key insights or recommendations.
  • Work independently while staying organized, using good judgment, and adhering to assigned scope and priorities.
  • Follow the employee onboarding handbook and company guidelines provided.
  • Seek clarification immediately if any information is unclear, missing, or uncertain before proceeding.
