Graphic Production Artist for a Printing Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)
About The Position
• Create Print-Ready Proofs – Evaluate and adjust customer artwork to meet production standards including size, resolution, bleed, margins, and color accuracy • Optimize Artwork for Production – Modify files to address technical issues such as fonts, color modes (RGB vs CMYK), spot colors, overprint, and complex design elements • Ensure Precision & Quality – Maintain pixel-perfect accuracy in layout, cut lines, spacing, and overall file integrity • Deliver High-Volume Output – Produce a high volume of proofs daily, including new orders, revisions, and defect corrections • Enhance Customer Artwork – Provide light design support such as rebuilding, upscaling, color correction, and cleanup when needed • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with production, customer experience, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality • Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and efficiency
