About The Position

The Lead Generation Associate plays a critical role in supporting Choice Hotels’ growth strategy by identifying and sourcing high-potential leads for franchise development opportunities. This position leverages advanced prospecting tools and CRM systems to qualify leads and transition them to the Sales team for conversion into franchise agreements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Technical proficiency with online databases and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to think analytically about lead prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening), time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrates persistence and resiliency in prospecting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Utilize in-house technology and prospecting subscriptions to identify viable prospects for franchise development opportunities.
  • Contacting Prospects: Conduct scripted cold calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and interest in franchising with Choice Hotels.
  • Qualify & Manage: Score and prioritize leads for the Sales team; maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including notes and call history.
  • Transition Leads: Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Regional Vice Presidents, providing detailed notes and client insights to improve conversion success.
