Lead Functional Analyst

About The Position

The Lead Functional Analyst supports and enhances Oracle Cloud Financial applications, including Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud (FCCS), and Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS). This role partners with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support financial systems that enable accurate reporting, reconciliation, and close processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
3–5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, ARCS)
Understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, consolidation, and reconciliation
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Support configuration, enhancements, and production support for Oracle Fusion Financials, FCCS, and ARCS
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Assist with system testing, integrations, and issue resolution
Support financial close, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes through system improvements
Maintain documentation and assist with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and releases
