FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a modern, results-driven facial bar seeking a polished, motivated, and guest-focused professional to join our team. This role is essential to stores success - driving guest experience, supporting daily operations, and contributing to sales and team performance. This position also offers a Lead Front Bar Receptionist opportunity for candidates with leadership experience who are ready to support team development and studio growth.
Requirements
- Guest service and sales experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Leadership experience preferred (required for Lead consideration)
Nice To Haves
- Spa, salon, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Positive, reliable, and professional mindset
- Passion for skincare and client experience
- Current Esthetic Students Preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals, including memberships and retail skincare
- Educate guests on services, products, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and elevated front bar presentation
- Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coach and support front bar team members to maintain high performance standards
- Assist with training, leadership coverage, and daily operational support
- Partner with management to support store goals and team accountability
- Represent FACE FOUNDRIÉ in the community through events and partnership opportunities
