Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic cost management, financial consulting, and capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends in cost management, capacity planning, and financial technologies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets & forecast.
  • Develop and implement strategic cost management plans, incorporating capacity models to align with organizational objectives and support growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key cost-related goals, performance indicators, and capacity requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, identifying areas for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and enhanced capacity utilization.
  • Implement initiatives that drive cost efficiencies while maintaining or enhancing operational effectiveness and capacity capabilities.
  • Evaluate the impact of cost decisions on overall value creation and the organization's ability to meet future capacity demands.
  • Provide insights into the financial and capacity implications of various scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments to identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities, considering capacity constraints and growth projections.
  • Design and implement dashboards that provide department-specific insights while showcasing cross-functional impacts and capacity utilization.
  • Serve as a consultant to departmental leaders, offering insights and recommendations on cost management strategies, capacity planning, and the integration of both aspects.
