About The Position

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in related finance field.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable accounting flows, including entire order to cash process
  • Alteryx workflow experience or desire to learn tool

Responsibilities

  • Manage the $2B Airframer/Non-Airline customer receivables
  • Manage CEO lease pool collections
  • Manage the $100M of collections/closure of the aged (> 365 days) & lower dollar (<$500K) invoices
  • Manage closure of Aged unapplied balances
  • Help in forecasting quarterly credit memo usage impact
  • Assisting the Global AR leader with impact projects, adhoc requests & leadership data submissions.
