About The Position

As a Lead Executive Administrator here at Honeywell, you will provide administrative and organizational support to Honeywell’s Chief Legal Officer, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will operate in a very fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees at all levels of the organization, external customers, and investors. This role will plan domestic and international travel, coordinate multiple busy calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative business processes. This role will also serve in an indirect leadership capacity for all other department admins. The ideal candidate will function with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and be able to effectively prioritize competing priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. You will report directly to our Senior VP GC and Corporate Secretary and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a full-time On-Site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations, contributing to the overall strategic goals of Honeywell. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help streamline processes and enhance productivity across various departments.
