Your responsibilities will span from urgent daily troubleshooting to in-depth root cause analyses, each carrying significant, long-term implications for both GE Vernova and our global customer base. The role involves serving as the primary technical contact for customers, rapidly addressing urgent combustion-related challenges, tackling high-stakes technical problems, interfacing with design, commercial, and field teams, establishing strong internal relationships, working with suppliers, preparing and presenting technical information, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, providing global field support, and contributing to product innovation.
