About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Project Manager. The Lead Electrical Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management and execution of turnkey electrical projects. The PM is also asked to support the sales team, senior project managers and regional manager during the front-end sales process to ensure a seamless transition from quote into execution. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Experience delivering Design‑Build projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through final engineering and construction Ability to lead and integrate cross‑functional teams using standard project management processes Front‑end project estimating, proposal development, and sales support Contract and subcontract administration, including scope management, change control, SOVs, and budget oversight Ownership of project financials, including cost controls, forecasting, profit and loss accountability Development and management of project schedules and concurrent multi‑project execution Oversight of design teams, subcontractor performance, and continuous improvement of execution efficiency Leadership of site safety programs, QA/QC processes, contingency planning, and regulatory compliance Strong document control and project documentation management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of five years of relevant project management experience; an Associate’s degree with seven years of relevant project management experience; or, in lieu of a degree, at least ten years of relevant project management experience, including turnkey management of electrical distribution equipment.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Scheduling software
  • Knowledge and Experience in Electrical SWGR / Power Distribution, Power System Engineering, Automation, and Controls.
  • Must be located in CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV, UT, CO, ID to be considered. no relocation offered.

  • Working knowledge of NERC/FERC, NESC, NEC, ANSI, NETA
  • PMP Certified
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • First Aid and CPR Trained
