To build capacity within educational teams in the areas of the best instructional practices, compliance with special education regulations, and the development of quality programming. The lead coach will provide coaching and modeling for staff as well as both formal and informal professional development in these areas as needed. In addition, the Lead Coach facilitates intake meetings, completes and supports IEP revisions aligned with regulatory and instructional requirements, and serves as a liaison to district representatives seeking placements and/or services for students.
