About The Position

At BODY20, our Lead Coach is both a hands-on trainer and a team leader—someone who thrives on developing others, delivering results, and driving studio success. In this full-time, non-exempt role, you’ll partner with the Studio Manager to grow revenue, lead a high-performing team, and create an exceptional member experience. Most people only use a fraction of their muscles—BODY20 helps activate them all. Using advanced Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology, we deliver personalized, one-on-one workouts that maximize results in just 20 minutes. Most people know you only use 10% of your brain. But most don’t realize you only use 30% of your body. BODY20 ® is here to change that. By combining personalized one-on-one training with body gear that sends electrical impulses into the deep tissue of your body’s muscles the way your brain does BODY20 ® helps every body workout to 100%.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Personal Training Certification
  • CPR/AED Certification
  • 1–3 years of training experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor Fitness Coaches
  • Set and track monthly goals (sessions, demos, conversions)
  • Conduct weekly meetings and performance check-ins
  • Drive Studio Success
  • Partner with Studio Manager to achieve revenue and membership goals
  • Ensure every member and guest has a top-tier experience
  • Coach & Deliver Results
  • Lead sessions and perform InBody evaluations
  • Guide members on proper form and maximize results
  • Operate with Excellence
  • Stay current on all BODY20 services and programs
  • Safely operate EMS and fitness equipment (including lifting up to 50 lbs)
