Lead DSP - Site Supervisor
About The Position
The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall operations of the group home site, including providing direct cares for residents, as well as assist with daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, budgeting, and scheduling as needed. The schedule for this position will be daytime hours (8a-3p) weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Friday) and every-other weekend from 8A-4P. Candidates must be able to flex their hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and/or weekends.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- The ability to pass a background check through DHS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- 3 years of group home experience and at least 1 year of management/scheduling experience preferred
