About The Position

Bowhead seeks Site Supervisors to support our upcoming proposal effort for the Fleet Readiness Center Aviation (FRC) Aviation Support Equipment (ASE), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services contract. The Site Supervisor will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. May also advise customers on recommended services. We are looking for Site supervisors in FL, SC, NC, VA, TX, LA, CA and MD.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Shall have a minimum of five (5) years expereince in l evel II aviation support equipment repair and Aviation Quality Assurance Collateral Duty Inspector.
• Must be SE Tire and Wheel certified.
• Shall have demonstrated maintenance knowledge, experience, and working level skills/ability in: a. CNAFINST 4790.2. b. Aviation support equipment maintenance processes.
• Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform diagnosing, rebuilding, restoration, and repair of aviation support equipment per the maintenance support requirements.
• Enters documentation of maintenance in NALCOMIS (VIDS/MAFs).
• Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Controller.
• Supervises all Contractor SE maintenance actions.
• Perform CDI functions.
