About The Position
Emergency Air is seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher to join our growing team in Phoenix. This role is ideal for a skilled dispatcher who excels in a fast-paced residential service environment and is prepared to transition into a leadership position.
Requirements
- Service Titan experience
- Residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry experience
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Revenue-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
Nice To Haves
- Proven dispatch leadership or senior dispatcher experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily operations of the dispatch team and Office Manager
- Manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Dispatch HVAC service calls using Service Titan
- Monitor call flow, job progress, and technician availability in real time
- Coach and mentor dispatchers on best practices, performance, and customer experience
- Collaborate with management to hit daily, weekly, and monthly business goals
- Assist with escalation handling and ensure high-level customer service standards
- Track KPIs and contribute to process improvements
