Position Summary This role is responsible for developing CVS Health Construction & Prop Admin consolidated data/reporting team strategy in close collaboration with the department leadership team and other business unit-aligned peers. The position will play a key role in helping to define, articulate, identify sources, and maintain the integrated value of the department’s reporting assets including building and creating department-wide Data Lake. Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to provide updates, drive decision-making, and ensure slotting/prioritization of the team resources as well as address potential data gaps/opportunities. Support the enterprise strategic planning process for the consolidated reporting team and slot/prioritize the use of dedicated IT hours/budget for RDP integration/automation opportunities. Articulate, communicate, create, and maintain the senior leader updates and dashboard strategy for department leadership, with excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence. Oversee development of business cases for high potential reporting needs, artificial intelligence, quantitative/qualitative evaluation, and work with Retail and enterprise partners to make investment case to executive leadership for partnership with IT teams. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, ability to lead a team, proficient in Microsoft suite of tools, including but not limited to Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Smartsheet's, and other reporting software
  • Must have a strong understanding of Real Estate and Construction with ability to analyze and visualize data
  • Manage multiple reporting projects at once, and keeping team and project on time and budget
