About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Offer Management product team in Enterprise Marketing Services (EMS) to lead product delivery of offer data services critical for the creation, presentment, and fulfillment of Wells Fargo's promotional offers. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of complex digital strategies, business plans, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact. Analyze and influence digital strategy by evaluating customer needs, business priorities, technology constraints, and regulatory considerations. Make strategic product decisions based on a deep understanding of business processes, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Partner with technology, design, data, risk, and operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric solutions. Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, epics, and prioritized backlogs that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Lead and influence a broad cross‑functional team of digital professionals to meet commitments, remove impediments, and deliver new capabilities. Collaborate with peers and mid‑level to senior leaders to resolve complex issues, manage dependencies, and align priorities across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading digital products built on middleware, APIs, and microservice‑based architectures.
  • Strong understanding of data management practices, including data quality standards, data movement, and enterprise data integrations.
  • Experience partnering with or operating in risk‑managed, regulated environments, including audit, business controls, or compliance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and offer management platforms, such as Adobe (AEM, Target, Audience) or comparable enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product technology, engineering, and architecture partners to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, epics, and backlogs using agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
  • Proficiency with product and delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled product capabilities or tools (including Copilot or similar technologies) is a plus.
  • Experience working across authenticated digital channels (web and mobile), supporting personalization, experimentation, or optimization efforts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
