About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Corporate Investigator to join our team. This role is based in Renton, WA or Auburn, WA. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. The selected candidate must be able to respond to their assigned work location in a timely manner in order to address exigent business needs. Some travel to other work locations may also be required. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations and managing the investigative process to include conducting interviews, collecting data and facts, preparing concise and accurate reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and/or discrepancies
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ years of experience leading investigative teams and/or leading initiatives
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience leading investigative teams
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating an understanding of, and compliance with government regulations
  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.)
  • Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certification, and/or other ethics and compliance certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversees quality review and execution of Law & Global Compliance investigations and case management activities at an enterprise level
  • Assist with the implementation and coordination of investigation and case management processes to support business partner collaborations, strategic initiatives, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Conducts significant, highly sensitive, and high profile investigations
  • Consults on key strategic initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve performance goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to team members to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive continuous improvement.
