Job Summary: Responsible for daily preparation of food items from pantry to fry to broiler to grills and all other areas of the kitchen. Ensures food goes out quickly, efficiently and of top quality. Responsible for daily preparation of food items from pantry to fry to broiler to grills and all other areas of the kitchen. Ensures food goes out quickly, efficiently and of top quality. Help the Kitchen Chef and Sous Chef oversee quality control. During service the lead line is setting the kitchen tempo and flow. Help with troubleshooting and answering questions when necessary. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
