Lead Cook - Franklin County Jail Founded in 1975, Consolidated Management Company is a rapidly growing food service provider currently operating facilities in 10 states. Pay based upon prior work experience Prior cooking experience and knowledge with Special diets preferred Must be 18 to work at the jail. Paid Time in a half when you work on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Double Time on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day This position includes the following responsibilities: Cooking/Serving/Cleaning Able to read and follow a recipe Being a team player Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
