About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in either the US or Canada. As part of Mercer, the world’s largest HR consulting firm, our Digital Solutions practice is a certified Workday implementation partner and the digital consulting arm of Mercer. Digital Solutions specializes in business and cloud consulting and is dedicated to transforming our clients' businesses. We leverage expertise in big data, cloud computing, and enterprise services and design to provide our customers with full-lifecycle solutions. Our Workday practice consists of specialists with deep expertise in Human Capital Management, Payroll, Finance, process improvement, historical data conversion, and cloud software integrations. We will count on you to: · Architect, develop, and deploy applications on the Workday Extend framework, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security controls and data integrity. · Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that directly address business problems. · Build and customize Workday applications, workflows, and user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with core Workday modules, including Prism, to deliver a cohesive user experience. · Maintain accurate project forecasts, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders in a timely manner. · Serve as the Workday Extend subject-matter expert for sales and delivery—supporting solution design, demonstrations, client presentations, and scoping/pricing estimates. What you need to have: · 5+ years of Workday platform experience (experience at a Workday partner preferred). · 3+ years as a lead consultant designing or delivering Workday Extend / Built on Workday applications. · Workday Extend certification (required). · Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, data model, security framework, and integration points with core modules. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday platform experience (experience at a Workday partner preferred).
