About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Overall, Purpose: Design, develop and implement launch strategy and programs for Business Mobility products and services within the AT&T portfolio to meet the volume target for the Small and Mid-Sized Business Segment. Analyze data insights, offers, and competitive insights impacting the CRU portfolio with Small and Medium Business. Design, develop, and implement launch strategy to reach budgetary target for the business unit as a part of the team responsible for the volume attainment of Mid-Markets. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Managing Mobility GTM activities to activate within the Mid-Market organization in coordination with Product, Advertising, Ops, and Sales. Responsible for communications to our sales team and maintaining our internal resources around products, offers, collateral, and quoting for sales. Directly supporting offer and promotion strategy, product road map, and Heavy Ups. Conducts multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g., financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales) and external (e.g., technology, market share, competitive) performance parameters to position, modify features and identify new uses for the product. Acts as team lead as needed to provide leadership to less experienced professionals. Considered an expert within the discipline. Supervisor: No Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
