Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Roanoke market as part of the Commercial Bank. This role involves developing, retaining, and growing complex client relationships through effective relationship management, understanding client needs, and proactive communication. Responsibilities include leading the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other industry-specific solutions by analyzing financials and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The manager will offer the full suite of complex solutions, engage product organizations for client-specific solutions, and make decisions in multi-faceted situations within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group. Strategic collaboration with peers and managers to resolve client issues, achieve business objectives, and serve as a mentor for less experienced colleagues is also expected. The role drives relationship planning activities, maintains sales and pipeline disciplines, supports Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients, and partners with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs for credit solution innovation.
