Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM in the Philadelphia market as part of the Commercial Bank. This role focuses on developing, retaining, and growing complex client relationships through effective relationship management, understanding client needs, and proactive communication. The manager will lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex financial solutions including cash flow and real estate loans, coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role also involves offering the full suite of Wells Fargo's complex solutions to commercial clients, engaging product organizations for client-specific solutions, and leveraging a deep understanding of clients' businesses. Decision-making in complex situations within Commercial Banking Relationship Management requires a solid understanding of policies and compliance. The manager will strategically collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve client issues, navigate Wells Fargo's processes, and identify process improvements and risk control enhancements, also serving as a mentor. The role includes driving relationship planning, maintaining sales and pipeline disciplines, supporting Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients, and partnering with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback for credit solution innovation.
