This role involves developing, retaining, and growing complex client relationships through effective relationship management, understanding client needs, and proactive communication. The manager will lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and industry-specific solutions, analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. They will also offer the full suite of complex solutions by engaging product organizations and leveraging a deep understanding of clients' businesses. The role requires making decisions in complex situations, collaborating with peers and managers to resolve client issues, and driving relationship planning activities. Additionally, the manager will support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new clients and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide feedback on client and market needs for credit solution innovation.
