The Lead Clinical Applications Administrator is a professional staff member responsible for serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for all software applications used in Tribal health operations, including RPMS, Dentrix, ScriptPro, Cerner, and others. This position is responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and alignment of clinical applications with user needs, while also ensuring compliance with organizational IT standards and practices. The role supervises the Health IT Support Services Technicians assigned to the clinic. This position serves as the bridge between clinical end users, third-party vendors, and the broader IT department.
