Incumbent is a key nonclinical member of the Behavioral Health Crisis Center’s team. They help clients set and achieve recovery goals, promote self-directed progress, and support crisis care plans. The incumbent provides a unique perspective, by modeling effective recovery skills and self-care, meeting individuals with unconditional positive regard and without judgment, in line with their ethical code and practice scope. Assists with onboarding, training, continuing education, and best practices, while supporting managers and the director in achieving organizational goals.
