About The Position

They are hiring a Lead Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to make a meaningful impact every day. The Lead CMA will be central to the patient care experience, handling tasks from blood draws and vitals to prescription preparation and assisting doctors, ensuring smooth clinical operations and exceptional care. The position also involves leading the training and support of Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists across all three LMC locations. Requirements

  • A Certified Medical Assistant licensed in the state of Washington
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and leadership confidence
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and a passion for mentoring others
  • Solid phlebotomy skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of healthcare experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Educating patients throughout their journey in the LMC program
  • Performing phlebotomy, vitals, and processing lab specimens
  • Assisting doctors and ensuring patients stay on track with their personalized programs
  • Managing patient communications, scheduling, and accurate documentation
  • Preparing PRP treatments for aesthetic services
  • Overseeing sanitation, supply orders, and clinical organization
  • Leading MA hiring, training, and performance audits
  • Ensure smooth clinical operations and exceptional care
  • Take the lead in training and supporting a talented team of Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists across all three LMC locations
