Requirements

A Certified Medical Assistant licensed in the state of Washington
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and leadership confidence
Proficiency with EMR systems and a passion for mentoring others
Solid phlebotomy skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset

Responsibilities

Educating patients throughout their journey in the LMC program
Performing phlebotomy, vitals, and processing lab specimens
Assisting doctors and ensuring patients stay on track with their personalized programs
Managing patient communications, scheduling, and accurate documentation
Preparing PRP treatments for aesthetic services
Overseeing sanitation, supply orders, and clinical organization
Leading MA hiring, training, and performance audits
